EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
The best value available when it comes to reaching Ottawa area golfers!

You can send a single ad campaign to our mailing list of 18,000 Ottawa area golfers for only $495. These ads can also posted on our forum and on our Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Design your ad in a jpg format. The maximum width of the email image is be 650px but can be as tall as needed.  Email us your design file and include the web address(s) to link to your ad hotspots. You can purchase your email campaigns in a prepaid package and receive discounts. Prepaid packages expire at the end of the season so be sure to take advantage of the huge savings. For pricing see the chart below.

This prepaid package must be paid in full prior to the campaign start date.

Rush campaigns can be paid by e-transfer or Credit  Card
Credit Card payments must add 3% processing fee

BANNER ADS

Our banner ads rotate throughout the site, located in the headers of each page, as shown below in the RED boxed area. Our banners average 100,000 impressions a year  which is a great way to build brand awareness. The cost for a banner ad is $995/yr. Banners are to be 728x90px, in jpg or gif format. Banners can be updated as often as you like throughout the year to keep them current - $70 charge applied each installation.

If you have indoor simulators in the winter we will also list you on the Simulators map. Your banner can be used for your sims in the winter and the course in the summer if you want as you can update the banner any time you like - $70 charge applied each installation. 

If you have a golf school we also will list it on the Golf Schools page as well. If you want a banner for the golf school itself it would be $495/yr for the additional (2^nd) banner.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
Do you have a service, event or a special feature you would like to promote? This Special Promotion includes one email campaign sent to 18,000+ OttawaGolf email subscribers, one large banner ad and one stand alone AD PAGE for only $995 each (30 day campaign). You can send the email ad as a jpg or a pdf. The maximum width of the email image is be 650px but can be as tall as needed for your ad.  Banner ad is to be 728x90px. Just let us know the web addresses to link to your ad hotspots. For pricing see the chart below.

FRONT PAGE AD BOX 
The Front Page ad box is an exclusive and highly visible, ad on the front page of OttawaGolf.com, as shown below in the YELLOW boxed area. The ad box is 300x250px, in jpg or gif format. The current rate for this exclusive space (your ad ONLY during the ad run) is $295 per month or $95 per week.

ARTWORK
There is a $75 fee if we do the ad layout for your email campaign, banner or ad box.  Ad templates can be re-used with changed text without an additional design fee.
